We're a booking-first shop to keep your wait at zero. That said, if a chair opens up, walk-ins are welcome — booked clients always get priority.
Cash and card (swipe) at the shop. We don't take online transfers. No deposit required when booking — payment is collected after your service.
You can cancel any booking up to 2 hours before your appointment from "My Bookings" in your account. After that window, the booking is locked.
